Shipping Policy
We strive to ship your order promptly and efficiently. Orders are processed within 1 business day. Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available for orders over €100.00.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may exchange items within 14 days of receipt:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.
  • Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process
To initiate an exchange, contact us at niata.officiel@gmail.com with your order details. We will guide you through the process and provide the return address.

Exchanges & Store Credit
Please note that we do not offer refunds. Instead, we accept exchanges or store credit for eligible items.

Important
All exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
